The final product may have minor differences from reference images due to the handmade nature of cake decoration, ingredient availability, and practical production requirements.
Customers should ensure that the recipient is available at the specified delivery address and time.
Cakes should be handled carefully after delivery and stored according to the instructions provided.
Special requests must be confirmed by CakeTouch BD before they are considered part of the order.

Once a customized cake has been prepared according to the confirmed specifications, changes to the design, message, size, or delivery schedule may not be possible.

8. Delivery Address and Contact Information

Customers must provide complete and accurate delivery information when placing an order, including:

Recipient’s full name.
Active phone number.
Complete delivery address.
Relevant building, floor, apartment, or landmark details.
Preferred delivery date and time, where applicable.

CakeTouch BD will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer.

If a delivery address or contact number needs to be changed after order confirmation, the customer must contact us as soon as possible. Changes are subject to approval and may result in additional charges or delivery delays.
