By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate, complete, and up to date.

3. Products, Images, and Descriptions
We make reasonable efforts to display our products, descriptions, prices, sizes, flavours, and customization options accurately.
However:
- Product photographs are intended to represent the products offered. Minor differences in colour, decoration, presentation, and packaging may occur.
- Customized cakes may differ slightly from reference photographs because of design feasibility, ingredients, materials, and decorating techniques.
- Flowers, chocolates, decorations, and other gift items may vary depending on availability.
- Product availability, flavours, sizes, and customization options may change.
We will communicate material changes affecting an accepted order where reasonably necessary.
4. Customized Cake Orders
Customized cakes are prepared according to the customer’s ideas, preferences, occasion, and agreed requirements.
When submitting a customization request, you may be asked to provide a reference image, occasion, cake size, flavour, theme, cake message, special instructions, approximate budget, and delivery details.
Please note:
- Submitting a customization request does not automatically constitute a confirmed order.
- Our team may need to review the design, availability, pricing, preparation time, and feasibility before confirming the order.
- The final price, design scope, delivery arrangements, and any advance payment requirements will be communicated as applicable.
- We may suggest reasonable modifications if a requested design cannot be produced exactly as submitted.
- Changes requested after confirmation may affect the price, preparation time, or delivery date.
- Customers should carefully review names, spelling, dates, messages, colours, and other personalization details before confirming an order.
CakeTouch BD will prepare a customized order based on the requirements agreed upon with the customer.
5. Pricing and Product Availability
All product prices will be displayed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT), unless otherwise stated.
Prices may vary according to cake size, flavour, design complexity, add-ons, gift selections, delivery arrangements, and other order requirements.
We reserve the right to update product prices, descriptions, and availability. Such changes will not automatically alter an order that has already been confirmed, except where a correction or change is agreed upon with the customer or otherwise permitted by applicable law.
If a product becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we will contact the customer to discuss an appropriate alternative or another available resolution.
6. Order Placement and Confirmation
Orders may be placed through our website or other ordering channels made available by CakeTouch BD.
After receiving an order, we may review its details and contact the customer for confirmation.
An order will be treated as confirmed when CakeTouch BD communicates acceptance through the applicable confirmation process.
We reserve the right to decline, suspend, or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, product unavailability, incomplete information, or circumstances that prevent fulfilment.
If payment has already been received for an order that we cancel, any applicable refund will be handled in accordance with our Refund & Cancellation Policy and applicable law.

Available payment methods may include online payment and Cash on Delivery (COD), depending on the product, location, order value, and current service availability.
Customers agree to pay the applicable product price and any disclosed delivery fees or other agreed charges.
For certain customized, bulk, or corporate orders, an advance payment may be required. Any applicable advance amount, payment deadline, and remaining balance will be communicated before the order is finalized.
Online transactions may be processed by third-party payment providers. Their terms and conditions may also apply.
Orders requiring payment confirmation may not proceed to preparation until the relevant payment or order requirements have been satisfied.
8. Delivery Policy
CakeTouch BD offers delivery options in designated service areas, subject to availability and operational capacity.
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery details, including the recipient’s name, contact number, address, preferred date, and available time slot.

- Delivery dates and time slots are subject to confirmation.
- Estimated delivery times may be affected by traffic, weather, operational delays, recipient availability, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
- Customers should ensure that someone is available to receive the order at the designated address.
- Incorrect addresses, unavailable recipients, or unsuccessful delivery attempts may require additional coordination and could result in additional charges where applicable and communicated.
- Same-day or urgent delivery is available only where expressly offered and confirmed.
We will make reasonable efforts to deliver orders according to the agreed arrangements but cannot guarantee an exact delivery time unless expressly confirmed.
9. Cake Handling and Storage
Cakes and certain gift items may require appropriate handling, storage, and temperature conditions.
Customers are responsible for following any storage or handling instructions supplied with their products after delivery.
Please consider the product’s ingredients and any relevant dietary or allergy requirements before placing an order. If you have questions about ingredients or allergens, contact us before confirming your purchase.
10. Changes to Orders
Requests to change an order should be submitted as early as possible through our official customer support channels.
Whether a change can be accommodated depends on the order status, preparation stage, product availability, and delivery arrangements.
Changes to cake design, flavour, size, personalization, gift selections, or delivery details may result in additional charges or revised timelines.
Once preparation has started, some changes may no longer be possible. Any applicable price adjustment or other arrangement will be communicated to the customer.
11. Cancellation, Refunds, and Replacements
Cancellation and refund requests are subject to our separate Refund & Cancellation Policy, which should be read together with these Terms & Conditions.
Customized products may require special preparation, materials, and advance work. Cancellation options may therefore differ depending on whether an order has been confirmed, preparation has started, or the product has been completed.
If an order is damaged, incorrect, or materially different from what was confirmed, please contact us promptly with the order details and, where appropriate, supporting photographs.
We will review the circumstances and determine an appropriate resolution in accordance with our published policies and applicable law.
Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
12. Gifts and Celebration Combos
Our gift and combo products may include cakes, flowers, chocolates, gift boxes, teddy bears, greeting cards, balloons, and other celebration items.

- Any proposed substitution will be communicated where reasonably necessary.

Corporate and bulk orders may require a separate proposal or written confirmation covering quantities, designs, pricing, payment terms, delivery schedules, and other relevant requirements.
A corporate enquiry or proposal request does not constitute a confirmed order until the applicable terms have been agreed upon.
Any special arrangements agreed upon in writing for a corporate order will apply to that order to the extent permitted by applicable law.
